Each project in the "Top Ten Green Projects" awards by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Committee on the Environment (COTE) for 2008 was evaluated on ten measures, documented extensively on the COTE Web site. I've never been a big fan of Urban Outfitters, but I am a fan of mixing affordable pieces with quality and vintage ones. I was surprised to find some pretty new items on their website - though I am unsure of the quality of the pieces above, I think they are fun without killing your pocketbook.

The person selected for this opportunity will assist senior Interior Design staff with production of construction documents, finish and furniture selection and coordination, and field verification.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a CIDA-accredited university and a minimum of one year of experience. Proficiency in AutoCad is a must; Proficiency in Revit a plus; PhotoShop and SketchUp a plus.

Also, IKEA is coming to Charlotte in 09 and they are breaking ground right now..if you are interested in commercial you could find out what firms are handling it. Maybe it's someone local. Do a google search in Charlotte News and Observer.
Its really an opportunity to interview for the
TOP DESIGN 2 television show...visit the BravoTV website for details on how to apply. There is a process to do so. They were in New York searching for applicants last week, but you do have until Feb 15...look on the BIDS website HOME page for the website where you can send a direct email.
